ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT ACQUISITION OF A BLOCK OF AB LIETUVOS DUJOS SHARES



According to the announcement of 2 July 2001 to the National Stock Exchange of

Lithuania about acquisition of a block of shares, Ruhrgas AG held 20.40% and

E.ON Energie AG held 13.60% of the issuer’s votes on 26 June 2002.
