Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Ukio Bankas AB

(code 10235) since 12 August 2002, assimilated issues (decision of the Listing

Department, 08 08 2002).

On 10 August 2002, at  the Central Securities Depoasitory share issues of

Ukio Bankas AB will be assimilated After the change, the size of the issue

10235 will be 7,558,999 units, nominal value – LTL 12, the total nominal

value – LTL 90,707,988.
