NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE LOSS OF A BLOCK OF SHARES OF LIFOSA AB



On 13 August 2002, Groupe Participations Financiers (the Netherlands) and

Pierre Sicouri (Italy) lost all the votes of the issuer. Notifications

regarding the loss of a block of shares were submitted to the NSEL on 20 August

2002.
