SALES IN AUGUST 2002



In August 2002, the company’s sales volumes reached LTL 11.2 million

(LTL 11 million in August 2001). This year, the company’s sales volume reached

LTL 101.6 million, which is by 18.2% more than during the accountable period

in 2001. This year, the company has exported its products for LTL 69.4 million.

As compared to January – August 2001, export volumes increased by LTL 12.8

million. More products were exported to Germany (LTL 4.5 million), England

(LTL 5.9 million). Moreover, new clients were found in Hungary

(LTL 5.5 million), China (LTL 1.9 million), and Finland (LTL 0.2 million).

This year, sales to the CIS countries made LTL 3.8 million, or by

LTL 0.1 million more than during eight months in 2001. The export level stands

at 68.3% (during the corresponding period in 2001 this level did not exceed

65.8%). Lithuanian customers bought the company’s products for

LTL 32.1 million, which is by LTL 2.8 million more than during the same

period in 2001.
