UNAUDITED RESULT FOR QIII, 2002

The unaudited result of performance of Lietuvos Zemes Ukio Bankas AB for

the third quarter of 2002 is a loss of LTL 8,575 thousand. In the third

quarter of 2001, the Bank generated net profit of LTL 14,754 thousand.
