NINE-MONTH RESULTS OF OPERATION OF VILNIAUS VINGIS AB

On 15 October 2002, the Management Board of Vilniaus Vingis AB approved

the company’s nine-month results of operation. The company’s sales amount

to LTL 114.9 million, and the unaudited net profit equals LTL 10.6 million.

During the corresponding period last year, the company’s sales came to

LTL 98.8 million, and the unaudited net profit made LTL 6.6 million.
