ACQUISITION OF  THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF VILNIAUS BALDU KOMBINATAS AB



On 16 October 2002, Invalda KIB owned 68.78% of the company’s votes by the

right of ownership. The notification about acquisition of the block of shares

was submitted to the NSEL on 17 October 2002.
