CENTRAL MARKET TRADING IN SECURITIES OF KLAIPEDOS TRANSPORTO LAIVYNAS AB

SUSPENDED



On 18 October 2002, central market trading in shares of Klaipedos Transporto

Laivynas AB (code 11964) was suspended. In order to protect investors’

interests. On 18 October 2002, the Privatisation Commission approved the

programme of privatisation. The initial sale price was established: the total

is LTL 65 million, and the price per share is LTL 0.61. The state will sell an

80.89% block of shares of Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas AB.
