Trading in securities of Stumbras SPAB (code 11943) will be renewed

on November 4, 2002.

At the shareholders’ meeting it was decided to increase the company’s

authorised capital out of the company’s funds by increasing par value of

shares. (Decision of the Listing Department, 31 October 2002).
