The preliminary nine-month result of operation of Kauno Energija AB in 2002

 is a profit of LTL 2,320,589. The total sum of the amounts payable and

liabilities (as of 30 September 2002) exceed the authorised capital 1.75

 times (amounts payable within one year and short-term liabilities account

 for 0.45 of the authorized capital).
