TRADING IN SECURITIES OF LIETUVOS JURU LAIVININKYSTE AB SUSPENDED



On 5 December 2002, trading in shares of Lietuvos Juru Laivininkyste AB

(code 12599) was suspended. In order to protect investors’ interests.

On 5 December 2002, the Privatisation Commission approved the programme of

privatisation. The priece of LTL 0.15 per share was established (Decision of

the Listing Department, 5 December 2002).
