NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE ACQUISITION AND THE LOSS OF A BLOCK OF SHARES



On 10 December 2002, concern Achemos Grupe UAB owned 67.47% of the company’s

votes by the right of ownership.

On 10 December 2002, Achema AB lost all the votes of the company.

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 16 December 2002.
