RESULTS OF ACTIVITY OVER 11 MONTHS OF 2002

Throughout 11 months of this year, public company Grigiskes AB sold 9 percent

more of its production than last year. Sales from January until November 2002

totaled LTL 62.8 million, compared to LTL 57.6 million during a corresponding

period last year. This November the company’s income stood at LTL 6.8 million,

which is 15.3 percent higher than in November last year (LTL 5.9 million).

From January until November, Grigiskes AB earned LTL 2.749 million net profit,

which is 2.2 times more than last year (LTL 1.268 million). This November net

profit stood at LTL 591 thousand, which twice exceed the result of November

2001 (LTL 283 thousand).
