COMPANY’S 2002 TRIAL RESULTS AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES

A forecasted loss of the company for 2002 is likely to be LTL 16 000 000.

Upon filing a voluntary letter of  resignation, Sigitas Petkevičius, head

of the personnel and general services department, leaves his post as of

17 January 2003. His functions will be taken over by  Eduardas Plauška,

director the general.
