DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (27 JANUARY 2003)



On 27 January 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

suspend central market trading in ORS of Sanitas (code 10617) on 4 February

2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the shareholders'

meeting, which is to take place on 7 February 2003.
