REGARDING ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRELIMINARY OPERATING RESULT

AB LISCO BALTIC SERVICE will announce its operating result for 2002 until

19 March 2003.

The reason for that is that the operating result of AB LISCO BALTIC SERVICE

is a material event with respect to its main shareholder DFDS Tor Line A/S,

which in turn is a branch company of DFDS A/S. Thus, the announcement of

AB LISCO BALTIC SERVICE operating result for 2002 is a material event with

respect to DFDS A/S, and according to principle of simultaneity, this

material event can be announced only when DFDS A/S submits this information

to Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
