ANNOUNCES ITS PRELIMINARY UNAUDITED RESULTS FOR THE YEAR 2002



AB Lietuvos Telekomas’ Board approved the draft of non-audited financial

statements for the year 2002 prepared by the Company’s administration according

to International Accounting Standards.



Revenue of AB Lietuvos Telekomas’ Group for the year 2002 was LTL 968,212

thousand, net profit for the year 2002 was LTL 67,032 thousand.
