RESULTS OF ACTIVITY IN JANUARY 2003

During the first month of this year, Grigiškės AB earned profit of LTL

483 thousand, which is 8.4 times more than during the corresponding period

last year (LTL 57 thousand).

In January, the company’s sales and services amounted to LTL 6.18 million,

which is  22.67 % more than in January last year  (LTL 5.03 million).

This year, Grigiškės AB plans to allocate substantial funds for investments.

The meeting of the company’s Board held on 14 February adopted a draft

investment plan  allocating LTL 12 million.
