DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (10 MARCH 2003)



On 10 March 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1) suspend central market trading in Sanitas AB ORS (code 10617) on 18 March

2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the shareholders’

meeting, which is to take place on 21 March 2003;

2) suspend central market trading in ORS of Ukio Bankas AB (code 10235) and

Lietuvos Zemes Ukio Bankas AB (code 10017) on 20 March 2003 in order to protect

interests of investors due to the shareholders’ meetings, which are to take

place on 25 March 2003;

3) suspend central market trading in UtenosTrikotazas AB ORS (code 10932) on

21 March 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 26 March 2003;

4) suspend central market trading in ORS of Siauliu Bankas AB (code 10225) and

Bankas Snoras AB (code 10192) on 24 March 2003 in order to protect interests of

investors due to the shareholders’ meetings, which are to take place on

27 March 2003;

5) suspend trading in Ukio Bankas AB (code 10235) on 25 March 2003 until the

day the material event is announced, due to the shareholders’ meeting.

Increase of the share capital;

6) suspend trading in Bankas Snoras AB (codes 10192 and 12450) on 27 March 2003

until the day the material event is announced, due to the shareholders’

meeting. Increase of the share capital;

7) suspend trading in Siauliu Bankas AB (code 10225) on 27 March 2003 until the

day the material event is announced, due to the shareholders’ meeting.

Increase of the share capital from the bank’s reserves.
