DECISION OF THE BOARD OF THE STOCK EXCHANGE (13/03/2003)



On 13 March 2003, the Board of the Stock Exchange adopted the following

decision:

To revoke decision of the Board of the Stock Exchange of 24/02/2003 (minutes

No. 23) concerning suspension of ORS of Alytaus Tekstilė AB (code 10090) on

14/03/2003 until the stock event announcement day. The general meeting of

shareholders announced on 14/03/2003 is canceled.
