AQUISITION OF THE BLOCKS OF SHARES OF SANITAS AB



On 17 March 2003, Baltijos Finansu Vystymo Grupe UAB acquired 15.12% of the

company’s votes.

On 19 March 2003, Baltijos Finansu Vystymo Grupe UAB owned 22,03% of the

company’s votes by the right of ownership.

The notifications about acquisition of the blocks of shares were submitted

to the NSEL on 24 March 2003.
