RESOLUTIONS OF THE SUPERVISORY COUNCIL

On 21 March 2003, a meeting of the newly elected Supervisory Council of Sanitas

AB took place and adopted the following resolutions:

1. Darius Šulnis elected Council Chairman.

2. The work regulations of the Supervisory Council approved.

3. The term of the employment contract with the company’s Director General

Audrius Šošas extended.

4. A general meeting of shareholders planned for 24 April 2003, at 11 am.
