CHAIRPERSON AND VICE CHAIRPERSON OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD ELECTED

At the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the National Stock Exchange AB held

on 20 March Asta Ungulaitienė, who had resigned from the post of the

Chairperson,  was replaced by newly elected Ana Tursienė, Deputy Director of

the Treasury Department of the Finance Ministry of the Republic of Lithuania.

Simona Grinevičienė,  Deputy Director of the Financial Market Department of the

Finance Ministry of the Republic of Lithuania, was elected Vice Chairperson.
