NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE LOSS OF A BLOCK OF SHARES OF  VILNIAUS VINGIS AB



On 26 March 2003, Vinvesta UAB owned 30.20% of the company’s votes by the

right of ownership.

The notification about the loss of the block of shares was submitted to

the NSEL on 31 March 2003.
