AQUISITION OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF  PANEVĖŽIO STATYBOS TRESTAS AB



On 10 April 2003, Mindaugas Vėgelė acquired 10.27% of the company’s votes.

The notification about acquisition of the block of shares was submitted to

the NSEL on 17 April 2003.
