On 24 April 2003, trading will be renewed to shares of Alytaus Tekstilė AB

(code 10090). The general meeting of shareholders was not held.

On 24 April 2003, trading will be renewed to shares of Panevėžio Melioracija AB

(code 11990). At the general shareholders' meeting it was decided to reorganize

the company into closed-end company and reduce the authorized capital of the

company by annulling the acquired own shares. (decision of the Listing

Department of 23 April 2003).
