RESULTS FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2003



The Board of AB Lietuvos Telekomas has approved unaudited financial statements

of AB Lietuvos Telekomas’ Group for the first quarter of 2003 prepared

according to International Accounting Standards.



Consolidated Lietuvos Telekomas’ Group revenue for the first quarter of 2003

was LTL 203,956 thousand and net profit for the first quarter of 2003 was

LTL 2,033 thousand.
