On 2 May 2003, a new name of Lietuvos Žemės Ūkio Bankas AB – bank NORD/LB

Lietuva AB – was registered in the Register of Enterprises (managed by the

public enterprise the Centre of Registers), along with the new version of the

bank’s Statute.
