CHANGE OF THE MANAGING DIRECTOR

On 12 May 2003, a meeting of the company’s Board was held and adopted the

following resolutions:

1. to dismiss Vidmantas Kanopa from the post of the Managing Director as of

12 May 2003.

2. to appoint Česlovas Matulevičius, the company’s Marketing Director,  to act

at interim as the company’s Managing Director as of 13 May 2003 until a new

Managing Director is selected though a competition.
