On 13 June 2003, Baltijos Finansų Vystymo Grupė UAB owned 24.33% of Sanitas AB

votes by the right of ownership.

On 13 June 2003, Kremi UAB owned 32.72% of Sanitas AB votes by the right of

ownership.

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 23 June 2003.
