DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (23 JUNE 2003)



On 23 June 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1) remove ORS of Pnevėžio Melioracija AB (code 11990) from the group of

Unlisted securities to which central market procedures are applied on 24 June

2003. The LSC annulled registration of these securities (the company is

reorganised into a closed-end company).

2) remove ORS of Šiaulių Stumbras AB (code 11869) from the group of Unlisted

securities to which central market procedures are applied on 30 June 2003.

Pursuant to the NSEL decision No34 as of 10 05 1999.

3)suspend central market trading in ORS of Bankas "Snoras" AB

(code 10192) on 7 July 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due

to the shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 10 July 2003 ;

4) remove from the Current List and enter into the group of Unlisted

Securities subject to central market procedures ORS of Naftos Terminalas AB

(code 11166) on 23 July 2003. Section 71.2 of the Trading Rules of the Stock

Exchange (”the issuer so requests”, the company is being liquidated).

5)remove ORS Rožė AB (code 10208) from the Current List group of securities,

the issuer of which seeks to buy-in own shares and has no long-term

intention to quote its shares on the Current List, on 23 July 2003 and to

transfer them to the tier of Unlisted securities. Sub-paragraph 71.2 of the

Trading Rules of the Stock Exchange (“upon request of the issuer of these

securities”).
