SALES PRODUCTION IN JUNE

In June 2003 Vilniaus Vingis AB sold production for LTL 9.6 m.

Production sales during January-June 2003 (LTL 64.6 m.) fell by 14.1%, if

compared with the data of January-June 2002.

The current year’s exported production level stands at 68.6% (compared with

67.1% in January-June 2002).

Due to the prevailing decline in electronics production, the company’s sales

are expected to amount to LTL 4 m. in July, without exceeding this amount in

August either. The short-term plans of the company’s Board include reviewing of

the 2003 sales plans.

A sales volume increase is anticipated as of September 2003, after the

international electronics fair held in Berlin once in two years.
