WILL REDEEM 12 MILLION LITAS BONDS ISSUE



On 30 July 2003, the Board of AB Lietuvos Telekomas decided to authorise

General Manager of the Company, Kjell-Ove Blom, to undersign all the documents

related to the early redemption of 12 per cent coupon 12 million Litas bond

on 29 August 2003 and execute other related actions.
