DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (25 AUGUST 2003)



On 25 August 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1)suspend central market trading in ORS of Siauliu Bankas AB (code 10225)

on 29 August 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 3 September 2003;

2)on 1 September 2003, include ORS of AB Vilniaus Baldu Kombinatas(code 10426)

into the NSEL Official Trading List. Price fluctuation margins will not be

applied;

5) suspend trading in ORS of Siauliu Bankas AB (code 10225) on 9 September 2003

until the day the material event is announced, due to the shareholders’

meeting. Increase of the authorized capital.
