TRADING IN SECURITIES OF SIAULIU  BANKAS AB WILL BE RE-LAUNCHED WITHOUT APPLYING

PRICE FLUCTUATION MARGINS



On 5 September 2003, trading in securities (code 10225) of Siauliu Bankas AB,

will be re-launched without applying price fluctuation margins.  At the

shareholders’ meeting it was decided to increase the authorized capital of the

company by additional contributions. (Resolution of the Listing Department of

4 September 2003).
