DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (8 SEPTEMBER 2003)



On 8 September 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1)suspend central market trading in ORS of Invalda KIB (code 10227)

on 12 September 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 17 September 2003;

2)suspend central market trading in ORS of Zemaitijos Pienas AB (code 12186)

on 23 September 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 26 September 2003.
