MEETING OF THE BOARD, 5 SEPTEMBER 2003



EKRANAS AB new product – colour picture tube of 15” true flat –

attained a great success in Berlin exhibition IFA “World of consumer

electronics” .



After evaluation of the results of the exhibition, the Board decided:



-to produce 1 m units of 15”TF in the year 2004 instead

of 0.5 mill. planed before



-to produce 4.6 m colour picture tubes in the year 2004.



In August 2003 sales of EKRANAS products in units increased by

25.6% compared with the same period of 2002. The Company within

8-month of the current year has already sold 2.3 m tubes or 8.1% more

than in the same period of 2002.



In September EKRANAS sales forecast is more than 400.000 pcs.,

which will be a monthly reconrd in the company’s history
