ACQUISITION OF A BLOCK OF SHARES



REGARDING SIAULIU STUMBRAS AB SHARES

On 9th of September, 2003 Snoras Bank AB

acquired part of the shares of Siauliu Stumbras AB, that

represents 56, 24 % of the company’s capital. Ownership of the shares was

transferred to Bankas Snoras AB by an agreement between the creditor Snoras

Bank AB, the debtor Siauliu Stumbras  AB and the owners of the mortgaged

property- the company of Mr G. Saulys, Mr A. Saulys and Mr G. Saulys,

according to the the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania art 4.219 part 5.
