RESOLUTIONS OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING



The Extraordinary General Meeting of KIB “Invalda”, held on 17 September 2003,

decided to renounce the Investment holding company permit, according to the

article 6 of the law of Investment holding companies of Lithuania and

approved company’s “Invalda” AB Articles of Association.
