FLUCTUATION LIMITS



On 30 September 2003, trading in securities of Grigiskes AB(code 10203) will be

re-launched without imposing rate fluctuation limits. At the meeting it was

decided to increase the authorized capital of the company. The company’s

reorganisation project has been approved. (Resolution of the Listing Department

of 29 September 2003).
