MATERIAL EVENT



REPORT ON THE VALUATION OF ASSETS OF THE COMPANY WAS CONSIDERED



On 9 October 2003 evaluation report of the assets of Sanitas AB

was presented in Supervisory Board meeting. According to the conclusion

of the assets valuators, the net value of Sanitas AB was amounted to

LTL 47 437 416 for the date of 31 August 2003. The value of

the company’s share came to LTL 8,53. Net Value of merged

Baltijos finansų vystymo grupė UAB, which is being reorganized to AB,

was amounted to LTL 6 723 318 for the date of 31 August 2003.

The value of the company’s share came to LTL 33,62. The submitted

conclusion of the asset valuators were taken into account when

preparing the company’s reorganization project.
