DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (20 OCTOBER 2003)



On 20 October 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1)suspend central market trading in ORS of Vilniaus Degtine AB (code 11245)on

24 October 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 29 October 2003.
