NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE AQUISITION OF A BLOCK OF SHARES OF STUMBRAS AB



On 27 October 2003, Mineraliniai Vandenys UAB acquired 91.95% of the company

votes by the right of ownership.

The notification about the acquisition of the block of shares was submitted to

the NSEL on 4 November 2003.
