In fulfilment of resolutions of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting

of Sanitas AB of 12 November 2003 with regard to reorganisation of Sanitas AB

and Baltijos Finansu Vystymo Grupe AB, on 14 November 2003 the Main Act of

Transfer and Acceptance of property, rights and obligations of Baltijos Finansu

Vystymo Grupe AB was signed.
