NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE ACQUISITION OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF SANITAS AB



On 11 November 2003, Baltijos Finansu Vystymo Grupe AB owned 79.97% of the

company votes by the right of ownership.

The notification about the acquisition of the block of shares was submitted to

the NSEL on 18 November 2003.
