REGISTRATION OF THE CAPITAL INCREASE

On 26 November 2003, amendment to the Statute of Siauliu Bankas AB was

registered with the state enterprise Centre of Registers concerning increase

of the share capital by LTL 5 million. The Bank’s share capital after the

increase totals LTL 48,343,940.
