TRADING IN SECURITIES OF BANKAS NORD/LB LIETUVA AB WILL BE RELAUNCHED WITHOUT

IMPOSING RATE FLUCTUATION LIMITS



On 9 December 2003, trading in securities of Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva AB (code

10017) will be re-launched without imposing rate fluctuation limits. At the

shareholders’ meeting it was decided to increase the authorized capital of the

company by additional contributions (Resolution of the Listing Department of 8

December 2003).
