CENTRAL MARKET TRADING WILL BE SUSPEND IN SECURITIES OF ALYTAUS TEKSTILE AB



Central market trading will be suspended in ORS of Alytaus Tekstile AB

(code 10090) on 12 January 2004 in order to protect interests of investors

due to the shareholders’ meeting to take place on 15 January 2004 (decision

of the Board, 16 December 2003).
