SECURITIES OF NAFTOS TERMINALAS AB WILL BE DELISTED FROM THE GROUP OF UNLISTED

SECURITIES, WHICH IS SUBJECT TO CENTRAL MARKET PROCEDURES



On 1 January 2004, securities of Naftos Terminalas AB (code 11166) will be

delisted from the group of Unlisted Securities, which is subject to central

market procedures. The group of Unlisted Securities, which is subject to

central market procedures, will be discontinued from 1 January 2004 inclusive

on the basis of the new wording of the Stock Exchange Trading  Rules (Decision

of the Board of the NSEL of 16 December 2003).
