Acting on the decision No 314-2003-79 of the Board of Klaipedos Juru Kroviniu

Kompanija AB as of 29 December 2003, from 31 December 2003 the staff position

of Chief Economist shall be abolished. From 2 January 2004, the staff position

of Finance Director shall be established. Aidas Merkys was appointed Finance

Director.
